Treibstoff finden
Treibstoff war vor dem Ausbruch der Infektion wichtiger Teil des Lebens - und das ist er heute immernoch. Um mit einem Fahrzeug fahren zu können brauchst du auch Treibstoff und wenn du dich mit Helikoptern oder Flugzeugen fortbewegen willst brauchst du davon eine ganze Menge! Treibstoff ist bregrenzt und du solltest bereit sein dafür zu kämpfen!

Treibstofftanks
Du kannst Treibstoffkanister in kleinen Kanistern (20l Kapazität)
oder in großen Kanistern (80l Kapazität)
in verschiedenen industriellen Gebäuden auf der Insel finden. Manchmal findest du leere Kanister
welche du auffüllen musst. Du kannst sie mithilfe von Treibstofftanks oder Tankzügen tanken.
Wähle den Tank mit einen leeren Kanister im Inventar an und wähle 'Fill Jerrycan' im Aktionsmenü.
Nachdem du den Kanister gefüllt hast wirst du eine Nachricht auf dem Bilschirm sehen welche dir sagt wie viel Treibstoff nun im Kanister ist.
Große Kanister herstellen
Es gibt auch große Kanister
mit einer Kapazität von 80 Litern (4x mehr als ein kleiner Kanister) Du findest sie auch in industriellen Gebäuden rund um die Insel. Aber du kannst sie auch selbst herstellen, hierfür brauchst du:
- 4x Kleiner Kanister (Entweder alle voll oder leer) Error creating thumbnail: File missingError creating thumbnail: File missing
- 1x Altes Seil
Öffne dein Inventar und rechtsklicke auf die Kanister mit welchen du einen großen herstellen willst und wähle 'Big Jerry Can (Empty)' oder 'Big Jerry Can' dies hängt davon ab ob du sie mit leeren oder vollen Kanistern herstellst. Du wirst nun einen großen Kanister herstellen, du 4 kleinen und das alte Seil wird aus deinem Inventar verschwinden.

Treibstoff umfüllen
Wenn du ein Fahrzeug mit Treibstoff im Tank findest kannst du diesen in deine Kanister umfüllen. Um dies zu tun wähle das Fahrzeug mit dem Mausrad an und wähle 'Drain Fuel From (Fahrzeugname)'. Du benötigst für das umfüllen des Treibstoffes einen Kanister
in deinem Inventar in den du den Treibstoff füllst.
Wenn du den Treibstoff umgefüllt hast wird auf dem Bildschirm eine Nachricht auftauchen welche dir sagt wie viel Treibstoff du in deinen Kanister umgefüllt hast. Wichtig: Wenn das Fahrzeug mehr Treibstoff hat als dein Kanister transportieren kann
After draining the fuel a message will appear on your screen telling you how much fuel has been drained from the vehicle. Keep in mind that if a vehicle has more fuel than your jerrycan can hold, the rest of the fuel will remain in the vehicle and you can still drain the rest of the fuel from it in to other jerry cans.
Fahrzeuge tanken
Refueling vehicles is easy, just approach a vehicle with a full jerry can in your inventory

and select 'Refuel ... with (Jerry Can) / (Big Jerry Can)' from the action menu - depending on the type of jerry can you have in your inventory. The jerry can you used will become empty and look like this
, you can then go fill it up with more fuel.
Treibstoff transportieren
Jerry cans are practical for filling up motorcycles and cars, but helicopters and airplanes need hundreds of liters in their fuel tanks to get somewhere and although you can fill them up with ordinary jerry cans the most practical way to refuel them is using a fuel truck - The Rodina, which has two barrels that you can fill up and transport up to 620 liters of fuel at a time.
You can fill the Rodina fuel truck up directly from fuel tanks and then use it to directly refuel other vehicles, such as aircraft which will save you a lot of time and hassle.
Den Rodina auffüllen
To refuel vehicles with the Rodina you will first need to find one and repair it to a drivable state. Click here to learn about repairing vehicles.
Then you will need to fill it up with fuel. To do this you will need to have the following items in your tool belt and also find a fuel tank:
1x Fuel Hose
1x Adjustable Wrench
Then you will need to attach the fuel hose to the Rodina. Approach it and select 'Attach Hose' from the action menu.
After that approach the fuel tank and select 'Fill Refuel Truck' from the action menu (Make sure you didn't park the Rodina too far from the tank). You will begin filling the Rodina up.
A message will be displayed every few seconds telling you how much percent the tanks are full. The Rodina can hold a maximum of 620 liters of fuel. To stop just drive away. In this example they are 100% full.
Fahrzeuge mit dem Rodina auffüllen
To refuel other vehicles using the Rodina you need to attach the fuel hose to it just like when you fill it up. Then you need to park close to the vehicle you want to refuel, approach the vehicle and select 'Refuel using hose' from the action menu.
A message will be displayed wish how many litters the vehicle has been filled up with.

Den Rodina mit sich selbst tanken
You can also refuel the Rodina using the fuel it is transporting in the barrels. Attach the hose and select 'Refuel using hose' from the action menu and it will be refuel from the barrels.
