Introduction to the medic
Surviving is not all about strength, but most importantly about what you know, which is why developing your skills is essential to your survival. One of these essential skills is medicine, which is what we are going to have a look at now.
There are three medic levels that you need to complete studying before becoming a fully qualified medic. Each level is also divided in to 3 stages which you go through as you develop your skills. Each stage will allow you to do new things such as craft bandages, recognize unknown pills, get better results when healing yourself and others etc... right away until you eventually become a fully qualified medic.
There are also 3 associated research quests for the medic skill set which will allow you to craft your own antidotes against the zombie virus, Dr. Ivan’s virus and to craft pills which are more effective than the regular pills that you find lying around. Crafting antidotes will allow you to cure yourself when you contract an illness and thus prevent you from eventually dyeing. We will talk about the research quests and crafting antidotes and pills later on. You can learn about the various illnesses that you can contract in game by clicking here.
So let’s take a look at tracking your skills progress and how to get started first…
